Represented by Dennis Daniel Meier. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable law.

2. Overview

This website is an information service. We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising, we do not use tracking or analytics services, and we do not offer a contact form. Personal data arises mainly when you visit the site (server data) and when you contact us yourself.

3. Hosting and server data

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data in server log files, in particular IP address, date and time, page requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the site. We have a data processing agreement with Netlify. Transfers to the USA rely on the safeguards provided by the provider, in particular standard contractual clauses.

4. Automatic language selection

When you open the start page, your country of origin is determined from your IP address in order to direct you to the German or English version. This happens at the moment of the request at our hosting provider. We do not store the result and we do not create profiles. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can choose the language yourself at any time with the switch at the top right.

5. Fonts

To display the site we load fonts from Google Fonts, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When the fonts are loaded your IP address is transmitted to Google servers, including in the USA. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest is a consistent and attractive presentation. 6. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp we process the data you provide (for example name, contact details, content of your message) to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer needed and no retention duties apply.

The WhatsApp buttons on the site only open WhatsApp, operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland, after you click. No data is transferred to WhatsApp before that. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply to its use.

7. Downloads

The PDF documents offered on the site can be downloaded without providing personal data. The information on server data in section 3 applies.

8. Transfers to third countries

Our company is based in the United Arab Emirates. For service providers in the USA and other third countries we rely on the safeguards provided by the respective provider, for example standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions, where applicable.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, an email to info@aureon-trading.com is sufficient.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example in your place of residence or the place of the alleged infringement.

We update this policy when the site or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
